Meet Adam

Adam Pegan is the Senior Director of Strategy and Growth for Novant Health in the Hilton Head and Charleston markets, bringing more than 17 years of healthcare experience. He specializes in strategic planning, with expertise in finance and programmatic growth to better serve the community. Locally, Adam is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care in response to the region’s significant growth. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking in all that the Lowcountry has to offer.
