Meet Tracy

Tracy Trimmer is a seasoned business development and sales professional with extensive
experience in telecommunications, enterprise sales, and marketing. Currently serving as a
Development Relations Lead at Sparklight / Cable One, Tracy specializes in securing
strategic partnerships with developers, municipalities, and key stakeholders to expand fiber
infrastructure across the Southeast region. With a strong background in enterprise sales and strategic account management, Tracy has successfully driven revenue growth and market expansion in leadership roles at Mitel Voice Hosted Systems, Comcast Enterprise, and Hargray Communications. Throughout her career, she has negotiated high-value contracts with both private sector businesses and government agencies, including major developers and municipalities.
Her expertise extends beyond sales, encompassing relationship management, marketing
strategy, and process optimization. Tracy has a proven ability to develop and execute
innovative business strategies, oversee complex negotiations, and lead high-performing teams.
Tracy’s past roles with The Philadelphia Eagles and Carolina Panthers also highlight her
experience in project management, statistical analysis, and business operations within the
sports industry. An active member of her community, Tracy has served as Vice President of the Bluffton High School Booster Club and as a Board Member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Beaufort County. Recognized for her leadership and contributions, she was honored as
Employee of the Year in 2017. Tracy holds a B.A. in Marketing and Business Administration and continues to leverage her diverse expertise to drive impactful business solutions and foster strong industry relationships.
